I'm wondering if anyone has done this yet and what was the procedure they went through. I'm not planning on returning home between contracts so whats the deal with getting it.
If i get a basic disclosure is that okay or do i need something else? |

I phoned the British Embassy in Korea myself today and they confirmed I DON'T NEED TO GET MY CRIMINAL CHECK APOSTILLED IN THE U.K., they said a stamp from the British Embassy will be accepted by immigration.
To be on the safe side, I intend to get the apostille done anyway. |

Or, if you would rather the Korean immigration department did not see every little thing from your police history, a basic disclosure is also acceptable. |
