				|

				| As we get older, inevitably, we men tend to slow down in the performance department. You know, "I'm not as good as I once was..." If you're in your 30's like me, you know what I'm talking about (or you're in denial). If you're still young pups, then take a look at your future!
I keep hearing about these "stamina foods," but honestly I can only think of one off-hand (fish guts). Is there an exhaustive list somewhere? Also, what are the rules when eating "natural Viagra"--are you supposed to wait four hours after eating or get started as soon as possible? I mean, is there a time limit on the supply of stamina, or is it good until you have an encounter? Are the effects long-term or short term? Can you overdose on stamina food--is there a critical limit? How much of something do you have to eat to gain the benefits? Which stamina source is the most potent?

				| It's mythology.
After eating dog, everyone said, "Don't you feel really warm and energetic?"

 "Nope."

After eating eel, everyone said, "You can have sex for a longer time!"

 "Nope."

If anything is plausible, it's that you are mentally enabled to perform better or longer. Or you have numbing gel on your phallic.

				| Excercise keeps my energy up.
Eat healthy, run or whatever, do pushups, sit ups, stay in shape, then on the weekends, don't get wasted before taking her home. The only thing that will keep it up is your lifestyle, not some meat from a dog, or eel, or whatever.

				| Koreans put their faith in certain aphrodisiacs, and westerners put their faith in others. One thing you'll notice is that a lot of Korean aphrodisiacs are phallic-shaped, such as mushrooms. I bet bananas are considered "stamina food" too, as well as hot peppers obviously. This is a form of magical thinking, to assume that something has properties that it clearly does not. Same goes for asparagus, a common western aphrodisiac. | |

Maybe I'm in denial, but I really don't think I'm that far off my prime.

				| Yohimbe, Cialis, Viagra, Levitra. The first is herbal and is generally available in many countries OTC.

But they kinda do look like gooey vaginas.

Yeah. But I could go 5 or 6 times a night 15 years ago and even 10 years ago. Now, while I'd rather sleep, I could go 4.
