I'm totally serious. I'd like to see what other people are doing and earning.
It will make looking for another job easier in terms of putting a value to yourself in regards to other posters answers.
We can't form a bloody union in this country. So the best and only way to determine ideal work conditions is unfortunately on an internet message board.
I realize some will not want to divulge personal information like this. And that's cool. But for others a thread like this could really help out. |

You have had good intentions with this thread endo but I would never post so much details about my work, pay and such.
Most of the people here are pretty decent but there is a hard core group of freaks who know nothing of decency and who would not bat an eyelash about using the information that would be posted to harrass a person.
It would be wise of you to edit the information you just posted. |

Asking a man how much he earns is like asking about his wife's bra size. |

Yeah you're a funny guy and all, but why is this lame?
I think it's benificial. I mean I'm certainly not creating this thread to show off or anything.
I would just like to see what other posters do in order to better position myself during my next contract negotiation.
I understand that some people don't want to share personal info like this, but for other it would help.
Why can't some people see this? |
