So i know everyone is sick of seeing questions about visas...so am I.
Unfortunately my research has produced no real answers so I was wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
I am currently on an e-2 visa and am wondering if it is at all possible to switch to something else (like an f-4)
I am not ethnically korean however both my parents (who are chinese) were born and grew up in korea until the reached adulthood. they then moved to the states where I am from. I know that hwagyos here are on F-5s and my family has something registered with with k-immi so what do you guys think?
ttompatz?
haha...thanks in advance everyone |

Off the top of my head and from what you have wrote I would say your ONLY chances are work for an F2 or get married to a Korean if you want to get away from the E2.
There may be another route but I am not aware of it. A trip to Kimmi might be in your future but I suspect it will be futile.

Although both your parents were born in Korea, they were never Korean citizens which makes you ineligible for an F-4 visa. |
