Apt. Available in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu.
I currently live here but will be moving out on 26 April.
This is a nice apartment on the top (fourth) floor of a clean, modern and well-maintained building. It is in a quiet side-street, but just 2 minutes walk from Soongsil University Station (Line 7) with good access by subway to the Gangnam area. By bus it is about 10 minutes from Yongsan IPark and E-Mart in one direction, and Seoul National University Station in the other. Within 5 minutes walk there is a supermarket, convenience store, bank, post office, restaurants, a wine bar, a Starbucks, and a bus stop.
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres (12 pyeong) net. It contains two bedrooms, making it ideal for sharing, or you could use one room as a bedroom and the other as a lounge/study. Both rooms have their own air conditioning and wardrobes provided. There is also a kitchen area with fitted cupboards, gas stove and breakfast bar supplied. There is one bathroom. The entrance area has a large cupboard for shoes etc. provided. All furniture is in a good, clean condition. There is a small balcony area outside. Downstairs, there is allocated car parking (free).
I will leave all curtains behind (free) and can also leave my refrigerator and washing machine (both less than 2 years old, price negotiable) and a chest of drawers and some other items of furniture (price negotiable) if required.
A couple of photos below, I will send you more on request.
First photo is one of the bedrooms (the second is exactly the same size and arrangement, but in mirror-image):
Second is the kitchen:
Current rent: 10 million Won deposit plus 650,000 Won monthly rent, payable in advance. There is also a small maintenance charge payable monthly. This is good value for a type of accommodation difficult to find in this area.
Please contact me if you are interested:

Please note:
I currently live here but I am not the owner. I can give you more information about the apartment and show you around, but if you decide to move here, all arrangements would have to be made with the owner through the real estate agent - you would probably need the help of a Korean-speaker to do this. YOU WOULD THEREFORE HAVE TO PAY THE STANDARD AGENTS FEES. Information I give you is in good faith, but your contract would be with the owner and not with me.

Well, they are small bedrooms...
Actually, everybody I've asked has given me a different figure for the area - 12 pyeong net is about right... I guess it's about 15 pyeong gross.

Damn. A little too out of my price range. Perfect area for me, though. |
