Looking back on it...before you came to Korea, when you used to ask questions about Korea on this forum....in retrospect, what was the most silly question you ever asked?!! e.g. 'Is there oxygen in the air in Korea, do they have that there?!!'

I thought everybody was going to look the same with all of them having pixie hair and glasses, I thought to myself 'how the bloody hell am I going to tell the difference between children, teachers and parents' Laughing

I was just praying there would be no honey carts.

Last time I was here they had them.

I did not post here before I arrived, but I did spend a lot of time trying to determine
1) whether or not my laptop would explode if I plugged it into the wall
2) whether fan death was real or not. All those sarcastic responses threw me for a loop
3) whether or not traveling to Korea was akin to going to Mars. Again, the sarcasm did not help.

In hindsight, I probably could've spent my time better watching monkey porn. Thanks you lolicons!

This was after I came to Korea. I noticed all the barber poles. I asked an American teacher at my hagwon why there were so many barber shops. I was to discover that she was crazy. She told me your hair grew faster here. I knew that was insane, but I smiled and figured barber shops were just common here.
A few months later a young guy came to the hagwon. I was giving him a tour of the neighborhood and said there are a lot of barber shops here. He laughed and told me the story. He had found the information on the Internet. I am just thankful I hadn't gone to one of those places for a "trim".

It's not the barber that blows you, you know.

Hair does grow faster here. Or at least it seems like it. In fact everything seems to have been affected by the Bballi Bballi culture. Even dust forms quicker Laughing
