If it looked like you may get a job offer at a Uni, at a Language Education Center, which is an independent institute of a Uni, would you accept it?
It offers very generous vacation, better pay than my current GEPIK p.s. job.
But it's about 3 hrs from Seoul.
I want a job with lots of vacation time and this one has it. It sounds like I may be offered this job, I repeat may

So besides disclosing every detail of your personal life, you also want us to make a decision for you as well? |

Seoul is the place to be I guess...My friend has 18 weeks a year holiday but he is in Suwon and it takes about 10/15 minutes to the station...THen another hour to Seoul...Depends what you do with your time...
I would say 3 hours is out of the way...It's a great way to save money but if you want to keep some sanity it seems a little far away...Unless it was in Gangwon-do near Gangneung...Then you'd be crazy not to take it |

Thanks. I sent my resume to an employer not expecting a reply. They replied today and asked for a copy of my passport to confirm my nationality.
They also offered an interview at short notice. I sent an email back explaining the difficulty of taking time off, but I said in not so many words, that if there was a firm offer I would attend an interview.
I await their response, but I'm not holding my breath to be honest. |
