I was wondering if anyone knew the procedure (On the KOREAN side) for marrying here.

I'm from the USA. He's Korean.

Do we have to do something special or different, outside of what is normally done here in korea? Just to have the marriage recognized in Korea that is.

Do I have to get any forms from the US govt saying I'm not married in the USA, that I'm over 18, that I am a homosapien, or what ever... in order to sign the papers here?

Go to the US Embassy website (seoul.usembassy.gov) and it's all there. Every step and direction.
