My kids keep saying this to me, when they see my psoriasis, wondering what it means, anybody know?

Maybe they are trying to suggest you need a toupee? Is the psoraisis making you bald? That was the first thing that came to mind when I saw your title. They could be butchering the pronunciation of the word.

Mine can get pretty bad, on my face and arms, it comes and goes though.....
Dont think they were telling me to get a toupee - Ive let myself go cos Im about to leave, and grown a full dirty beard. Some of my teen girl students were calling me 'Jesus' today.

Ah no worries, like I said it was the first thing that popped into my head when I read the title.

I also have Atopy in the form of ezcema which was really hard to explain to the pharmacist when I was trying to get some hydrocortisone or some other cream for it. I wish I had known the word Atopy, it might have saved some time with trying to write it out and using the comp for translation. I'm lucky the only place I really get it is on the back of my ears and into my hairline. It's nice that it's hidden like that but it looks really bad when I get an outbreak, makes dandruff look like nothing.
