where can i buy gold coins IN PERSON in korea?

I've seen some at the Lotte Department Store in Jamsil in the past, but I didn't check on the price.

There's a coin dealer at the entrance of Insa dong. He has some commemorative gold coins from North and South Korea....I used to go there when I collected coins and banknotes.
