Jobs over. I will do a visa run to Japan and I have to move out of the apt. I have collected a bunch of stuff. Where do I put it all in the in between time?

If you have a roommate, just clear it with them. Otherwise you will have to get a hasuk or drop it at another friends place.

What is a "hasuk"? You could use subway lockers or a "goshiwon" too I guess.

subway lockers are theoretically cleared out each night. A hasuk is a boarding house that you pay by the month for.

Moving companies (some of them) also do storage, at around 100K per month for an apartment full. Get a Korean friend to help.

This is true. I needed someplace to store my stuff for an extended vacation 2 years ago. Found a really great moving company that not only packed up everything but also stored it and then unpacked it 2 months later for me. It cost 145,000W. No problems at all! If you want I will try to find the guys number for you.

how long are you going to be away on your visa run? why not just get a cheap hotel room or yeogwon? dump your stuff, do your visa run.
