Trying to start a conversation with someone while in the middle of doing flys with a set of heavy dumbbells is a good idea? Or coming up from behind someone going hard on a treadmill and asking how are you loudly?

I am guessing no. I just don't understand the people here sometimes...

I never smile at anyone, anytime here anymore. Unless a young attractive female comes up to me asked to have sex. Then I smile and say did my wife make you do this Laughing

Thats why I stick to the martial arts schools. Fewer posers and if someone is annoying me I can always take it out on them in sparring.
