don't quote me on this but I think it's when you over flow your toilet, the base stops all the S**T from splattering

haha, i purposefully wrote that since i knew it would make people scratch their heads. (as well as look at the pics) actually, i don't know what it's used for either. prevent slipping? dries faster than tile? helps short guys clear the rim? |
