I have searched , and still can not find an answer.
After being put on "hold", and getting cut off from the Korean Counsel, I still can not figure out what is needed.
Has anyone done this yet?
Thanks |

I assume you meant consul (as in consulate) and not counsel (as in lawyer) - the what you need (and need to do) depends on where you are from.

Yes, I mean consulate.
I came back to the U.S.A. in January 2008. I want to come back to Korea for 6 months. (yes I have a job offer)
But NOW I have to comply with the new visa regulations. I have a police check from the town I am in now, but I can not get an answer from the consulate here that makes sense. One person said I need another police check, the other person said that since I have been back here less then 3 months I have to have one done in Korea.
I just am curious to see if any one has recently done this.
I am in Connecticut.
