Torrent client: BitTornado

After partially downloading a rather inactive torrent, I decided to even out my ratio by seeding an active torrent. To my surprise my upload speed is almost nil. So I figure it's a problem with port forwarding. Now I've setup port forwarding before, but my problem now is all the router settings are in Korean.

The screen shots below are of the original Korean port forwarding setup and of the one I translated:

A few questions starting from the top...
Here's a pic of the drop-down menu for the Define list:

Which should I choose?

Next, for Internal IP address I'm guessing I just copy my current IP address, yes?

Onto Protocols. I can either use TCP or UDP, which one?

As for ports, in BitTornado I'm using port ranges 10000 to 10010. Should I input these number into Internal ports or External ports, or both?

One last thing. Over on portforward.com it says to disable UPnP in BitTornado when port forwarding, "On this page there is a UPNP Port Forwarding drop down box. Open it up and set that box to disabled. We are not going to use UPNP to forward our ports." Should I do this?

Thanks to anyone who responds.

why are you using that client? Go with uTorrent or Azureus. UPnP router ftw too.

there is a website that has a list of routers (most common bought ones) and gives pointers. Not sure what that is.

I use a linksys router and enabled uPnP on it. I use Azureus and enabled uPnP on it. It automatically does the port thing for me...no worries.

portforward.com

but I googled his router and it's only in Korean so I doubt that it'll be on a site for english users.

You could always just buy one of the routers on the list...or ask a Korean friend to help you navigate it...

Yeah, I've used this website before to forward ports and had no problems. I'd buy another router, but I'm connected to the 'net through my building, so I have no say. Great download speeds with torrents, but uploading was almost nil.. today it's a little better. I'll try another client later.
