My wife humbly request tilapia for making Eskabeche. I do not know if that fish is in Korea. Texas, yes. Philippines, yes. Heck if I know if Koreans fancy tilapia.

They have tilapia at some Philippine Restaurants and they usually sell it frozen.
They also have it at some imported food stores. |
