I have a student who suffers from a really bad "tick" when he becomes nervous. If I call on him, his head starts snapping back quickly about twice per second. I hate to call on the guy.

Anyone else experienced this? Gosh, I feel sorry for him. Other students started to notice it when I was trying to get him to answer a question.
