I went to two KB's to get some money out from my foreign account. I've taken money out from both before using the foreign ATM. (Every branch has one)
The one in Suwon station and the one where I live in Gok Ban Jeong Dong no longer have the foreign card option in English or in Korean. When I inquired about this they said the bank removed the foreign card access.
Could not get much more out of it than that. Maybe it's a local Suwon thing. |

| Try KEB. I'm not sure where the one in Suwon is but the two near Byeongjeom Station still seem to have foreign account access. |

| To not add the option because it would cause hassle and money is understandable, though stupid. To remove this option when it had already been incorporated is insane. |
