Anyone have any info on the speech tomorrow? There is a website in Elequence but I lost it. Will it be in english and where is it?

He asked if Kang Chol Hwan's speech was in English - I said that I've met the guy a number of times and that his English was non-existant (actually, I've been lucky enough to go for coffee with him and chat casually).
I'd love to find out info on this as well, but to hear him speak, he'd need an interpreter. |
