I read something very interesting. The name of the site escapes me, but it explained how average Korean ESL Salary was 2.5 Million Won per month. I went on to say that Teachers can also earn up to $6000 US if they are willing to do overtime!

... Just how much overtime is that? Have you ever managed it?

Look at it like you would any Westen employment ad which reads "Employees can earn up to 100,000 per year". You really think you will?

So True..... My last job in the states (wilderness therapy - senior instructor) advertised that you could make up to $195 a day for the position I was in. I started at $125 a day and was making $135 a day after a year. The most senior person in my position, with over 3 years with the company, was at $145 a day (and not an under achiever by any means). So at that rate it would take like 15 years to get to the top pay bracket - and no one, I mean no one, is going to work that job for 15 years.
