Hey guys
Ive been having trouble with my current director and wish to leave my school. Ive have lined up a job at a nearby school but am confused about the new E-2 visa regulations as everybody appears to have differing information.
Could anybody confirm that I just need these documents for a visa run to Japan?
1. Sealed university transcripts in an university envelope with the university stamp across the seal.
2. My degree certificate.
3. A police access form.
4. Legalisation confirmed letter for my police access form by the Foreign and commonwealth office in London.
Do I still need a letter of release or can I renew my visa in Japan without one (as I don't think my current director will give me one).
If by some miracle my director does give me a letter of release I've heard that I can change my visa by going to my local immigration office in Korea therefore avoiding a trip to Korea. Is this true?
Any help on this matter would be very grateful.
Regards

Find a nice pretty girl who's good at cleaning up and get married. Then transfer to F-2. |
