Just wondering if anyone's bought ten or so acres of West Texas ranchland from over here. Was it easy? |

I have to agree. Buying high end stuff from FleaBay is like rolling craps. There are so many scammers there, odds are you'll lose. Don't buy anything on FleaBay worth more than a few bucks that you can't pick up/look at in person! |

I've bought over 250 items on eBay...the most expensive of which was about $700...but my purchases have included a diamond and sapphire ring, a large leather jewelry case, gold charms, other jewelry a TV and a whole bunch of stuff...
I have NEVER had a problem... except one person who didn't pay for an item I was selling (I'm seldom a seller) because I wouldn't send it to her before she paid. I sold the item a week later to someone else for more... |

I should point out that in Texas title to real property cannot change hands without the auspices of an attorney, and never buy real property without title insurance. |
