I know there are some fitness gurus on Dave's and would appreciate your input ....

I recently strained my shoulder (muscle or ligament?) from a military press (dumbbells) exercise and need some input on recovery. My gut tells me its minor but the shoulder joint ain't too be messed with ... I'm concerned I may have damaged something more seriously?

Do sports specific physical therapists exist in Korea?
