Hi, everyone! This is my first post. I'm moving to Seoul in a few months and was wondering about the air quality. I was there last November and tried running a few miles outdoors the first few days I was there... I don't know if it was just the jetlag or what, but I found it to be pretty strenuous. Do any of you have comments on the air quality?

If it matters a lot to you then you should choose a smaller city much closer to the southern coast to get fresh air.

Air quality is a significant factor in my decision before coming to Korea to never live in Seoul or even Daegu.

There are PLENTY of jobs in cities of every size everywhere in this country. And all roads lead to Rome and to Seoul, with cheap transportation, fast comfy express buses, and cheap accommodation for once a month getaways to the Big Smoke for shopping, events, whatever reason you'd like to go to a city with over 10 million people in it. Commuting daily in the crowds isn't my idea of a good life either, especially underground on a subway.

You really gotta weigh your options.
