well, much of the board does not conform to the rules. a new deputy comes in and wants to play closer to the written plans. friction results. some old timer will get banned for doing what has always been acceptable in practice. the new deputy over time will be less new and the shiney zeal will be overcome with the patina of experience.

we've seen it before and we'll see it again. kinda like the fourth of july fireworks show: sometimes all you can do is sit back, wayyyyy back, enjoy the spectacle and say OOOOOOHHHH! (alot).

which if 'any' is the 'proper' forum for posting questions/comments re. actions on the part of a mod? and what, if 'any' comments regarding mod behavio(u)r is acceptable? in the past few minutes...several threads posted regarding a mod were delete/locked almost as quickly as they were posted. what kind of a game and what rules?

The proper forum to contact mods is by pm. Like an adult.

We pulled in 5 clone threads of you asking the same thing. If you don't like that we're pulling in more duplicate threads these days, feel free to bring it up with your peers like Easter Clark, who have expressed concerns over thread redundancy:
http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=116938

We encourage you to submit your counter-opinions in threads like those, and we'll consider them carefully. Otherwise, shotgun trolling and whine approaches will continue to be put on display where we can point and snicker/laugh at such users.

why is it that you feel entitled to make such comments to/about others, while feeling empowered to delete/lock similar posts by others?
