I have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent on the main drag in Haebongcheon. It is bright and spacious. 2 balcolnies, 2 bedrooms, big open livingroom/kitchen area, bathroom with stainless steel tub. Just above the Woori Mart so no big hill to climb everyday. Landlord speaks no english but is never really around except when you call him to come over. His daughter speaks English well and can translate. 550,000Won per month 3,000,000 key money. I can email pictures and show it too you so you don't have to deal with landlord until lease signing. Available April 25. Call me 010-8438-5882. If you need stuff check out my leaving Korea Sale and I can give you everything for a much cheaper price.

It's available April 25th or beginning of May. The landlord will re-wallpaper and re-do floors before you move in so beginning of May would be perfect. Give me a call if you want to come see it.
