				| I'm just pulling this figure out of my ass, but amongst rookies it seems to be 60/40 male/female. Amongst mid-termers it's more like 70/30 and amongst long-termers 80/20. |

				| I knew 2 foreign females and around 30 dudes. It might me the kid factor that prevents many females from coming who would otherwise come to Korea to teach as teaching is traditionally a female occupation; even in Korea as all my Korean co-teachers were young beautiful women in their 20's. No, I didn't try anything funny. LOL |

				| I can't help but wonder why you would ask, overchin? Is this another incarnation of the "what will my dating opportunities be in Korea" thread? |

				| I came over in a group that was 50/50. Haven't met a large enough number outside that to get a statistically significant sample. |

I certainly don't think there's any problem with asking about male/female ratios(nor do I think the OP is an undateable slug), but I'm pretty sure there is a sticky about this... or should be. Anyway, it seems to be cleared up now. I never associate with foreigners, so I have no idea how many of us are male or female. |

				| Definitely way more guys over here. 70/30, 80/20, something like that. Among the FTs in my school, there are 6 males and 1 female. |

Don't worry, man. Every time I shun a Russian, I'm doing it for you

EDIT: seriously, though, I should point out that I don't avoid foreigners. There just aren't any in Suwon (someone will no doubt appear to contradict me, then melt back into the ethereal void of non-existence from which they came). |
