I work for an after school program though a company...

Anyway I'm leave in 10 weeks and asked my company to get my taxes back (I'm British) and they said the Elementary school I work for won't give the pay slips to them so they can claim my tax back...

I do the 2nd bank account thing...Where the school pays into an account in my name which the company has control of and then the company pays me into my own bank account...

What can I do to get my taxes back if the elementary school isn't willing to give me the pay slips so I can get my taxes back???

Any help would be nice...

Thanks

You haven't been receiving pay slips every month when you get paid? Need to clear that up right away.
You can, as far as I know, with your arc number, go to a tax office and ask how much has been paid on your behalf.
