hi, i am in seoul right now, but have to go back soon and while there get the new requirements for the visa completed. i know these are the basics, but still have questions:

criminal background checks: my state, michigan, offers an online form and one based on figerprints. I've received conflicting info re: what is supported. One recruiter told me it's possible to have the online form notarized. anyone know how to accomplish something like this?

degree and transripts: what needs to be done to these to meet the new immigration requirements. and what is the best and fastest way to get this done stateside?

and if anyone else has anthing else to throw in, i'd appreciate it.
