Some guy murders his wife and four adopted Korean children, and the first thing out of your mouth is how the Korea Herald has it in for 'us waygooks?'

Newsflash, bellend: IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT YOU.

Where do these people crawl out from, anyway?

it is a terrible tragedy, as stated before. But front page news, common. I feel horrible for the kids, they deserved to live and grow old and live their lives. As for the bellend remark, I came out of the hole in Michigan. And I am a respectable person with high moral standards. I wasnt going to point out that this was a tragedy because I think its very obvious. I was pointing out the fact that this is going to look bad for foreigners, if that makes me a bad person, well I blame Korea, im sick of smelling the xenopobia in the air.

It happened stateside, so I am guessing there won't be any big thing about it here. Sad all the same.

And to make it even more retarded, the Westboro Baptists will be picketing the family funeral.

Tragedy? Yes. But while I noticed that he killed his family, I noticed the fact that he was probably going to jail for embezzlement. If his family had been American he would have done the same thing.

Take the article as you want but today's news is tomorrow's chip paper.

I really don't understand what the world owes somebody when they read this and think that 'we're' going to bear the brunt of a back 'xenophobic' backlash from Koreans. If you look hard enough in any country you will find xenophobia. This word on these boards is used way too much and too me I find that reading it you'd think that anything the Korean's do is xenophobic.

What amazing/elevated treatment do you want as an immigrant worker? Red carpet? treated as a saviour? What? Coming here thinking that you're god's gift is unreal. Try to work in England or America as an immigrant worker with just a BA and we'll see how much MORE shit you will get than we have here. What more demeaning, underpaid work they can give you. How much crap do they put up with? Do they sit around thinking 'poor us' and pouring out on some internet forum thinking they should be entitled to better? I doubt it. Why should we feel superior?

These children who were abandoned by their Korean parents and got adopted to an American family, so they're American.

Now they've been brutally murdered, so now they're Koreans.

i'd settle for Equal Opportunity treatment. Granted no country is perfect, but lets not get confused, Korea is far from. Even the US isnt perfect, but atleast we give you a fair shot.

I'm wondering what effect this will have on Americas adopting Koreans. There are already rules in effect that prohibit obese Americans, as well as black Americans, from adopting Koreans.

I really really hope that isn't true.
