Bashir urges attacks on 'infidel' Australians:

Article

Nothing against Muslims in general, but this is one very bad apple.

My vote:

Squish that apple.

Just another dumb ass mulah looking for attention. Its really too bad that people like this, which account for maybe 2-3% of the total muslim population, have become the "face" of Islam.

I've had and have muslim friends and i can tell they were/are really nice, modern and considerate people.

I was dismayed when this stupid bugger was allowed to go free, and not surprised to hear him spouting this crap. A revolting piece of slime.

300 young people, on this one occasion alone, were there listening to him spew his poison.

Wonderful.

(edit)

Quote:
During the sermon, Bashir talked of a previous visit to Australia, claiming that he had wanted to see the "beauty of the ocean" but was told by a friend there was "one condition" of a visit to the beach.

"He said if you enter that area you must be completely naked," Bashir told the crowd of about 300 hearing his sermon.

Serious question: Do women from a strict Muslim country go to the beach and swim? Do they sell bikinis in Saudi Arabia?

There was an incident in Saudi a few years back where 3 women (I think it was 3) went swimming in the sea...in their hijabs. They all ended up drowning. So, the simple answers are: yes and no.

Did you ever do anything to offend your muslim friends, even slightly? Or were you afraid that they would jihad your ass if you did? You know, you can tell a Christian friend that he's an idiot for believing in God and he'll probably pray for you. Did you ever try telling your muslim friends that they were idiots for believing in Mohammed, just to see what they'd do?

Ah yes, the oft repeated 'tiny minority of extremists' mantra.

lol, I know what you're talking about. Well, there were a couple of guys that I was very good friends with for a long time and we would say anything without worries. Keep in mind that I'm Jewish so they would say alot of crap to me as well. It might have had something to do with the fact that we were all Iranian, Iranians don't seem to take their religion too seriously... well, except for those mulahs in charge.

But there were others where I would have to watch what I say to varying degrees.

this one time i met a couple of hardcore losers, u know the beards and long white robes and prayer beeds in hand. just disgusting bastards as you could honestly smell the hate on them. I pitied them more than anything else, I mean it must be hell to live in constant hate and resentment.

what is 3% of 1.2 billion? That may be why you feel you're surrounded. Don't worry though, this situation is very similar to the near invasion of America by the commies during the McArthur era. You just have to make sure that like the proud, enlightened and patriotic people of the the 50's you report any suspicious activity that remotely resembles a red take over of the US of A. Except now look for green activity. Like this you can consider yourself an active and responsible citizen of the free world.

Godspeed.

There's no law (even unsaid law) that you can't swim covered in Australia. Plenty of people wear caps and t-shirts when they swim. Swimming in the ocean? Dress how you want.
Someone whispered a fib in his ear, or he's making *beep* up talking out of his arse.

Jihad your ass? You really think a Muslim is going to do something to you if you say Mohammed wasn't a prophet? If they were a friend of yours, they'd probably politely say STFU, and if you continued to say that crap, they'd more than likely say adios, as they should. Same with any devout Christian.

Yes, I do. Maybe not right away, but then he'll feel guilty, or go to some revival meeting, or go listen to some crazy Islamic cleric named Bashir, and then I'm first on the list of infidels to be attacked.

Don't act like oppression, violence, rape, and slaughter aren't part of Islam. They are written right into the book, and they're the tools that Mohammed used to spread the cancer throughout the desert, and then beyond it, in the beginning.

How does your first paragraph connect to the 2nd? Regardless, rape is a part of islam huh? Please quote the sura that promotes rape. And btw, violence and slaughter are all a part of the Bible too. Perhaps oppression too, i don't know.

On another thread related to being civil in the CE forum, I said I have never called anyone an idiot here. Well sir, after reading that first paragraph if you are not an idiot, you are quite ignorant and a bigot. hell, you might be special enough to be all 3. Big Verne and BJWD/thepeel might have their qualms about Islam, but even they haven't made remarks such as the one you did in your first paragraph.

I've posted elsewhere that I thought the best way to deal with ABB would be an assassin's bullet or a missile from a drone, but thinking about it without the knee-jerk reaction, the best solution is still the legal system. However, it's patently obvious here (in Indonesia) that the assembly has better things to protect us from, for example online porn, which will soon attract a fine of up to $US107 million and a lengthy stay in jail.

But in all seriousness, I am advocating the legal approach for two reasons. First, the martyring of this lowlife will breed more violence and he would love nothing better than to go out this way. Secondly, the majority of counter-terrorist successes here have come this way and seem to play better with the majority of Indonesians.
