I recommend Raja's Fashions in Bangkok. $275 - $350 for a suit. I haven't tried getting suits made in Vietnam, but I have had a few made in Hong Kong as well. Unlike in the USA, you can actually buy some good off-the-rack suits here in Korea that aren't ridiculously priced. The cuts are different, and it's easier to find slimmer cuts and more modern designs. |

If you plan on getting a suit made in Thailand ,much sure to tell the tailor , that you plan on coming back to Thaialand .
You should mention that you come to thailand every 6 months to a year. This way the tailor will hope to get your buiness again and therefore do a better job. Or even better , you are going to move to Thailand within the next few months.
I know for a fact that tailors offen ask potential customer how offen they ve been to thailand and do they plan on coming back.
If the customer states that .Thailand is a one shot deal and they dont plan on returning , then the tailor wont do a good job. The switching will come out after a few dry cleanings.
Afew years ago , while in Saigon , I bought some clothing .T shirts, sandles and jeans. They were all very poor quality. It wasnt worth the few bucks I had spend
The cheapest suits Ive ever seen where in Shaing -Hi ,China. The suit was about 50.00 Canadian dollars. |

Go to Vietnam for decent suits; "Be Be's" was the place I went to in Hoi An, and overall, they did a great job.
I got three suits, 4 pairs of casual pants, 3 dress shirts, a pair of ladies pants for my wife, and a few silk ties for about $400. The magic words that sold me were: "you'll go back and tell your friends where you got your stuff" or something to that effect. All in about 48 hours, though they could have had it done sooner than that. With the lousy exchange in Thailand, you'll probably pay double that for the same amount of stuff.
The stuff looks great, and if it only lasts me for the next year or so, it's well worth it. |

Hoi An in Vietnam is the place to go. I bought a suit and a jacket there for $40. It wasn't the best material available but it looks damn good! I don't know about quality though, cos I rarely wear suits. It's only been dry cleaned 2 or 3 times. |
