Don't know about Seoul, but they do a bunch of stuff in Suanbo: a tiny little spa town outside of Chungju. Tis the season for strawberry soju!

Here is some info about the festival in Seoul for this year:

Quote:
Yeouido Spring Flower Festival
Yeouido, Seoul
April 1120
This is Seoul s biggest cherry blossom
festival. The festival opens every spring,
situated around the center of Yeouido.
Yunjungno is reputed to have themost
beautiful cherry blossoms in Seoul. There
are about 1,400 cherry trees lined up
along a 5.7 kmstretch of road, providing
a fantastic promenade with white flower
rain. Be sure to bring your camera. Tons
of performances and other cultural
events are planned for the festival, and if
youre hungry, have a snack at one of the
many food stalls set up. A fireworks display
is planned for the last day of the festival.
Formore information, call (02)
2670-3120. To get to the venue, get off at
exit 1 of Yeouinaru Station, line 5.
