No no! You guys got it all wrong! This is the betting pool for when the Ministry of Justice's Immigration division will relax or totally adjust or eliminate the new rules said to start on December 15.
Based upon threads here, the Korean Times/Herald, the Seoul meetings, and threads elsewhere, it appears that the MOJ has already changed the rules at least 10 times already.
So we're betting on the day that the MOJ will end the rules.
My original bet stands at 20 won on July 2nd. |
