Just got told today that since I'm doing a visa transfer, I have to get a medical test completed ASAP.
Do I need to take a form with me? What do they need to check for specifically? Does anyone know how long it takes to get the test results back? |

| Ask them to supply a form for you. That way they can't tell you later that you did it wrong. If your transferring into or within EPIK, their medical form is online. |
