Could someone please post or PM me a recent (say from 2006) a contract written in both English and Korean?

I had one but I can't find it since I moved house.......

I've looked around the sticked thread but they all seem to be only in English.

Thank you.

Better yet... demand that the contract be written solely in English, and English be the governing language for any disputes.

It's a principle of contract law that both parties must understand and agree to the terms of a contract into which they enter. So, unless you're fluent in Korean, English ought to be the lingua franca.

I want the contract in Korean and English. I'm already working and have a current contract in English.

I just want the in both languages for future employment......

Sorry if this request sounds strange, I don't really want to go in why I want it.....I just do.. Wink
