| Can someone help, please? I'd like to put an avatar with my name. But it says I have to link it to an offline URL. I don't have such a link or place to link it. Can someone help? Thanks. |

I'm guessing that it's a picture you have on a PC which you want to upload?
You have to put it in a public folder a site such as photbucket or flickr.
Just join any suitable picture hosting site.
There will be a URL / link to your picture for every picture you upload.
Cut & Paste this into the area on your profile, and Bobs your uncle.

BTW: same procedure to get pictures of things you want to sell.
Have a look in the Buy/Sell forum to see which picture (right click on pics & properties) sites folk use, or take your pick on Google. |
