I call it futon "concept" because it is not a traditional futon. This is a very comfortable bed that easily converts to a couch by a simple raising of the back rest part of the couch. It clicks into place and vice versa. 2 seconds done which makes it much better than the traditional futon.
This is light and ends up being a one piece, easy to move futon. No wood frame.
It was purchased 2 weeks ago for 230,000. I ended up getting a FREE $1000 mattress from a rich officetel in seoul.
