At my school, all of us pay a different amount, even though many of us are on the same base salary. Is that normal?
My base salary is 2.4 mil, and I'm paying 71,000 for medical and 88,000 for pension. How do they come up with these numbers if it's not based on our salary?
Someone told me that it's based on what you earned the previous year, but that doesn't make too much sense to me. |
