Like the title says -- want to take a road-trip down to Jinhae to see the blossoms, but it's been pretty cool so far this year. Are the blossoms out yet? Are they expected to be out this weekend?

where is jinhae from busan? how do you get there?
what exactly is the cherry blossom festival?? id like to go but want some more info!!! |

They're out here in Hadong as well. 
Direct express buses from Busan and Seoul. |
