i have read on this board that immigration will accept a criminal check from a local police department.
if i go the federal route it will take too long and im currently in korea, so that'll complicate things even more.
does anyone know if immigration will accept this?

the check is run by the Toronto Police against the criminal repository maintained by the RCMP. would it work?
