Has anybody got a job through this recruiter?

What's your opinion of this particular recruiter?

Thank you.

I am in the middle of getting a job through them. What sort of specific information are you looking for?

Well, basically, do you feel they will do as they say?

I've been offered a job interview, I just don't want everything to fall through and be left in a position where I have no job to start, at the time I intend to begin work.

I have just sent my Documents to them, they seem ok so far and have adjusted revised terms in the contracts they sent me that I didn't agree with.

But I can't give a proper opinion until I am all ready to go and wont have to deal with them no more.

They have been very good with emails and communication in general, emailing around two or three times a week (Im dealing with Gina and Scott, mostly Gina now though).

They seem lovely considered they work in the realm of recruitment one of the most detested occupations in my eyes.

More to follow on the opinion I have on them with regards as to how they handle my Visa application process.

I guess you need to remember two things at this stage of the process: A job interview is not a guarantee of a job (though it often leads to a job offer) and one outcome of the job interview may be you deciding that it is not the right job for you. The job interview gives both you and the school the chance to confirm that they think you are right for them and for you to decide if you want to work in that specific school. The other thing is that the recruiter is not the person who has most of the power in this process - the school is. The school NOT the recruiter is the one who signs the contract, who then decides how it will be implemented in practice, who actually takes all your documents through the visa process (allbeit supported by the recruiter), who can decide at the last minute that they don't want you (for whatever reason). In your position I would be more worried about using the opportunity of the job interview to ask the school the questions which are most important to you (and they may be different to someone else).
