There are a million and one kindy's here, many of them however are only Montessori in name. Finding anything above that level is a little more difficult. If you contact the American Montessori Society, they should be able to give you a list of Montessori Schools in South Korea. Working your way through the list is the safest way to find a real Montessori School to work at.

I used to work at a "Montessori" school in Bundang, but as far as I could tell, the only Montessori thing about it was that it had small furniture.

There's a large number of Montessori schools in Korea, but the majority of them don't hire foreigners.

Yes, there are many Montessori schools in Seoul. They don't USUALLY teach EFL, as the Montessori method and communicative methodologies are at odds with each other. That is, in a real Montessor school the children are free to use materials to DO what aever they want with minimal input from the teacher. An EFL class needs a lot of input and interaction with the teacher. This is my take on the topic. I am not Montessori trained but am a trained and experienced teacher of young children.
