I have no problem finding it, but I only look affectionately at the bottle. (am not really that good with the hard stuff.) There are many stores that sell whiskeys and other liquors. Check out one of the major entertainment districts in Incheon, Like Muan or Bulpeong (spelling?, don't live their) If that doesn't work, any new residential type area will have one. |

How about black rum? Anyone know where to get that?
Don't mean to highjack but maybe someone reading can answer my question too. |

Good tequila isn't easy (or at least cheap) to find anywhere these days as the agave crop in Mexico has had a few very rough years. Interestingly, I heard that South Africa has started to produce tequila from their own crop of agave (originally brought over from Mexico) that is just as good as most Mexican tequila, but cheaper. There is a battle over whether it can be called 'tequila' though; Mexicans want 'tequila' to be a term used exclusively for that agave alcohol produced in Mexico, just as the French have locked up Champagne, Bordeaux, etc.

As for buying it in Inchon, I'd check the underground arcade stores in Juan and DongInchon, or even better make a beeline for the stores under the Dept. Store next to the express bus terminal (by the soccer stadium).

Deal. I'll meet you half-way in Whistler, Vancouver, Seattle or San Fran in 2005. [That's the best I can do ] |

Good lord Blake - there's tequila everywhere. Just ask the Mexican banditos here - they're usually ruuning around somewhere selling peyote and stuff. Their sombreros give them away all the time. |

Good tequila is not an oxymoron, but good Cuervo is.
The best tequila I've had in Seoul was Petron (100% agave) and it used to be at Jack's Deli near the Hyatt. I say "used to be" because someone on this board wrote that the deli is no more. |
