Just curious.

There are so many stories of FTs getting screwed. I just want to know if anyone has screwed back and how.

I know canadians often get the plane ticket and abandon the hagwon and visit their GF or just do their privates.

Any other ways?

i dont agree with that. it is constructive to know which ways each player has leverage in a given situation. The 11th month firing possibility is a pretty clear way that hagwans have control of the situation and there are obviously others. to be perfectly honest, i cant think of any ways a foreign teacher has leverage, given the way most contracts are written.

Why would you want to "screw" your employer over. You are privileged that you are employed because back home you would be unemployable. It is a great success to toil for a hagwon. You are liberated.
