I'm Korea bound and need to buy a transformer. Any online sites that offer quality transformers at decent prices?

Buy it when you get here at any major department store for about 30 or 40 dollars. They weigh about 5 or 10 pounds. You don't want to have to haul that around. Security might think it's a bomb or something.

A step-up/step-down transformer will enable you to run a 110V in a 220/240 volt country otherwise your electronics could be fried.

If you go to a local hardware store, you can get one a lot cheaper. I got mine for 15,000 won. Just ask for a "transuh."
