I couldn't resist posting this here, sorry if that makes me a troll.

This is from 2004 stats.

Quote:
Korea Military Academy officials asked incoming freshmen in 2005 and 2006 the same question, but the United States didnt make the top three countries viewed by cadets as South Koreas main enemy.

Old, old news.

This was taken in the time of Noh Moo Hyun, not long after the Korean World Cup of 2002. Back then, there was no place for all of their enthusiasm to go after they lost. There were lots of problems due to some girls being run over by a US Army vehicle, and some nasty events in Hongdae.

Now that Noh is in power, things are turning around a bit.

From the forum link provided:

Quote:
rabidferret: metztli: And many people in the US (a majority, even!) believe that eating a nasty cracker and drinking some shiatty wine and pretending they're really consuming the flesh and blood of a magical, blond-haired, blue-eyed Jew who became a zombie is the only way to go into a magical fairyland after they die where lots of white people fly around in robes, playing harps, and praying. And they think that sounds GREAT!

Even worse, more people who live in the US are willing to vote for a lunatic who believes that stuff than someone who doesn't. Last time we elected one who believes his magical sky friend talks to him personally.

They use this belief system to excuse going to war and also to explain the outcome of sporting events, guide medical research and say who is allowed to get married.

Lots of them think their blond-haired, blue-eyed zombie Jew is going to come back REAL SOON NOW and wave his hands and make other zombies out of everyone else who ever died and then take all the people he likes and kill them so they can all hang out, play harps, wear robes, and pray.

Kind of makes some amusing but harmless beliefs about fans and new moms touching cold stuff seem a little less retarded, huh?

If those teachers love Kim Jong-Il so much, why not defect?

Wink

Because even the communists don't believe their own BS.
