I used to live in Ulsan and could find baby-sized hanbok for about 30,000 won in that market building in shinae. Now I live in Asan and I can't seem to find them here for less than 70,000 won.

Anyone know where I can find them for about 30,000 in the Cheonan/Asan area? I have friends back home who seem to be reproducing like mad, and they make great baby gifts. I'd just rather not spend 70,000 won on one.

I just did a quick gmarket search for you and came up with this:

http://global.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=127700328&pos_shop_cd=RC&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T

it might be easier than hunting down a shop, and the price is what you're willing to spend.
