Anyone gotten this yet? It is actual non-sweetened yoghurt, thick (not drinking-style, although it comes in a bottle). I don't remember the brand, but it comes in a 1L plastic bottle with a pink label, sells for about 4900 won at Lotte Mart. It is really good, although I think it is full fat...a thick cream layer builds up on the sides of the bottle.
Just thought I would spread the word... |

When I was in Japan I picked up some Kefir cultures that work really well. You just sprinkle the powder into a container of milk and keep it warm for a day and you have delicious yogurt. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the traditional sort of Kefir that forms large grains that are easy to transfer to new batches. Anything seen anything like that here? |

I wish they had kombucha or kefir in Korea rather than just relying on kimchee for probiotics. |
