|
|
Being back home for a while, I had a chance to visit a gentleman's club. Being a gentleman myself you will have to read between the lines. Anyways, as you know, nowadays most western women keep their faces shaved so that you can their smile, lips and all, whereas in korea women are bearded.
After being in korea i prefer the beard, but I wonder how other western men like it and/or dislike it.
And after the beard can you ever find a clean shaven face attractive? |

I used to be repulsed by beards...when i was back home, i thought beardies were weird and freaky...but now ive grown used to seeing them..I even quite like approaching them on the street and stroking them..
Nowadays i dont really care...bearded or beardless..its all good... |

Nice euphamism OP...
But I have to ask why you started a thread on this topic. You're hoping to spark some discussion and perhaps debate to... what? Gain some new insight? Unlikely. Find out who else identifies with your sexual preferences? As if it matters.
This topic would be fine at a bar with your friends over beers. But on a message board with strangers it seems kind of odd. |

| Not a beer conversation. More like sociological. |

I'm absolutly against those "been hiking in the moutains for three weeks" looking beards.
At least take the time to trip them. |

yeah. well for me it depends on the girl. but traditionally i prefer the middle ground between stubbleface and captain blackbeard. keeping it under control and trimmed is always nice. long enough to braid, ain't gettin laid.
sometimes i like a cleanly shaven face though. waxing is even better but i couldn't bear to make such a request. |

| I think guys who are indifferent to "the beard" must not be very into... how to keep the metaphor going... "beardilingus?" Because that's one miserable experience. |

I dont mind. I generally just prefer a change. After a clean shaven face, a beard is nice, as is the other way around.

I prefer a beard. Beards are fun. Beards leave much room for personal style, e.g., the difference between a nicely trimmed goatee, a simple soul patch, or a hog-wild Father Christmas. Discovery is fun too - you never know what's in store... |

I'm on the side of the bearded... but only, as someone else said, if it isn't a three-week camping trip in the woods kind of beard.
I can't stand the gentlemen's magazines these days anymore. Not a single beard on any of them. Oh, they have a tiny goatee, maybe, but that looks stupid.
Shaving is cool as a surprise, but as an everyday event? I'll pass. Keeping it neatly trimmed is enough to prevent kissing from being unpleasant. |

| I have no preference. If its a beard then it should be properly maintained. A beard shouldn't be growing wild like an Amazonian Rain Forrest. |
